Shantanu, a manufacturing and light engineering industry veteran of 30 years, bootstrapped Decintell and leads Strategy, Consulting and Implementation. Prior to starting Decintell, he was business head for ASEAN, India and Australia and the supply chain director for APAC for manufacturing companies where he specialized in turning around businesses. Shantanu, who implemented various ERP systems, has worked as a consultant with many SMEs where he initiated major change management projects, using his ability to map existing processes, reengineer, digitise and manage implementation.
